Brazilian raw cane sugar ICUMSA 600-1200 (VHP) — unrefined, minimally processed raw cane sugar with Very High Polarization (VHP) and a natural molasses content, of Brazilian origin, supplied to international food, beverage and industries refineries, ethanol and distillery plants, fermentation processors, food and beverage manufacturers, and industrial bakeries worldwide. “VHP” and “ICUMSA 600-1200” describe the same product from two different perspectives — VHP refers to the high sucrose content (polarization) that makes it a valuable feedstock for refining, while ICUMSA 600-1200 describes its raw brown color range. Sourced and loaded from the Brazilian origin ports of Santos, in the state of São Paulo, and Paranaguá, the standard contract volume starts from 12,500 metric tons and up, supplied in 25 kg and 50 kg export bags. Each shipment is accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA).
